 Rag-A-Muffin was founded in 1987 shortly after the two of us, joined by several other friends, held a Christmas Bazaar. We began with adult clothing and some of our greatest laughs come from pulling out those original designs! Within a year or so, we moved into the children's clothing arena, dropped the adult line and suddenly found ourselves on the way to developing Rag-A-Muffin. Providing custom designed children's clothing and accessories, we incorporated as Rag-A-Muffin Kids, Inc. in July 2000. Other than our denim products and an occasional purchased T-shirt, we have all of our shirts and leggings manufactured under our private label. They are then extensively embellished with a combination of paint and appliqué. The majority of our clothes are sold as sets, with matching socks, hair bows and headbands available. We are committed to providing a superior product at an affordable price for a growing list of satisfied customers. Our designs are copyrighted originals and new outfits are added to the line each season. Our clothes are generally marketed at craft and gift shows. This website has been designed to accommodate the requests of those who have been unable to reach us through these markets and for those who wish to make additional purchases. We felt this would be the best way to keep you up to date on new additions to the line, availability of all designs and to announce discontinued sale items.
