
Do
you make these clothes?
We
purchase the fabric, design the blank outfit and have it
made to our specifications.
We then design and complete all of the
embellishment in our work room.
How
do I wash these clothes?
Remove any
decorative items that have been pinned on.
We recommend washing in cold water and hanging to
dry. Do not
use any type of bleach.
If you need to press, use a press cloth or press
from the wrong side.
Our clothes are noted for their durability.
Many
of your clothes have bows that have been sewn on. How do they wash?
Our
bows are made from polyester ribbon and the ends are
treated to avoid fraying.
They look great after repeated washing.
What
about shrinkage?
Most of our
clothes are made from 50/50 blends and there should be
no shrinkage. Our
denim line is 100% cotton.
Although they are preshrunk, please allow for a
small amount of shrinkage.
Do
you do custom orders?
No.
Our clothes are designed in the colors that we think
look the best with the outfit and they are made in large
quantities. Our
schedule does not allow us to do specific requests such
as hair color or a change in the design color.
What
if I need one size pant and a different size shirt in
order to fit my child?
Although
our sets generally fit as they are, in most cases it is
possible to have a different size top and bottom.
What
forms of payment do you accept?
For
orders placed online, we accept Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express. If you wish to pay
by check or money order, please print our order
form and send it with your payment to the address
shown on the form.
How
long will it take to receive my order?
Your
order is important to us and will be shipped as soon as
is possible, generally in about 2 weeks. If your order has been placed on backorder and will take
longer than the two week time frame, you will be advised
by email.
How
will you ship my order?
We
generally ship UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
You will incur an extra charge for Priority Shipping.
Please include a physical shipping address with
your order since UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box
address.
What
is your return policy?
If
it is necessary for you to exchange an item, please call
us for a return authorization within 10 days of receipt
of your order. Return
the package along with a note advising us of the change
that needs to be made. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

you wholesale?
Generally
not, due to a conflict of interest.
